You’ll receive expert advice on what needs to be fixed, changed, removed or simply left alone.
I’ll walk through your property using my Property Uplift checklist and identify where I think your time and money are best spent.
Not every property needs a transformation. Sometimes it’s a paint refresh, new lighting, better street appeal or a handful of well-chosen changes.
Where appropriate, I’ll work alongside your real estate agent to understand what improvements are likely to make a difference in your local market.
The aim is simple: spend money on the right things, rather than spending it because you think you should.
